By accessing or using Picture Alchemy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Picture Alchemy provides tools for generating, managing, and organizing prompts for AI image generation. We do not generate images directly but provide the text inputs for other services.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate prompts for illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Picture Alchemy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain all rights to the prompts you create using the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Picture Alchemy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
